QUALITY ASSURANCE
Herbal extracts. All the herbal extracts used in The Wellness Company (TWC) tonics are sourced from The Herbal Extract Company (HEC), an Australian owned and Therapeutics Goods Association (TGA) approved licensed company based in Minto, New South Wales
Flower remedies. All Flower Remedies are sourced from Bach Flower Remedy stock bottles or Ainsworths stock bottles of Flower Remedies, made by the original Dr Bach Method.
Essential oils. All essential oils used in the products are from Young Living, a top choice for essential oils due to their “Seed to Seal” quality commitment, focussing on purity and potency through a rigorous production process. “Seed to Seal” ensures quality from the moment a seed is planted to the final sealed product.
POTENTIAL RISKS
The pre-made products have minimal potential risks and that’s why the specific plant medicines were chosen for the Wellness Range of tonics, flower essences and creams.
If you are currently pregnant or breastfeeding or if you are taking any other supplements or medication please check with your healthcare provider or book a Discovery Call with Tracie Lynn/Naturopathic Herbalist to ensure the tonics are right for you before purchase.
Please note it is medical protocol to stop any supplements or herbal medicine two weeks before surgery. If you are usually sensitive to supplements or medication, start on a half dose and work up to a full dose over a few weeks. Directions on how to take your tonics are on the label.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Shake bottle before use to activate the ingredients. Store below 30 degrees away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Standard shipping (2-4 business days) at $10
Express shipping (1-2 business days) at $15
For international orders, please contact tracie@thewellnesscompany.com.au to calculate shipping costs and estimated delivery times.
Local collection is either from The Wellness Company home clinic in Maroubra or Bondi Farmers Market on Saturdays 9am-1pm, choose your preference and Tracie will contact you to organise collection.
Your order is insured up to $100 through Australia Post. If your order exceeds $100, then The Wellness Company will insure your order free of charge. The Wellness Company keeps a note of tracking and will let you know when your order will arrive.
RETURNS POLICY
Unfortunately due to the nature of these products, we have a general “no returns” policy. However, please contact tracie@thewellnesscompany.com.au for any concerns.
LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
In Australia, the sale of herbal medicines is primarily governed by the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 and related regulations.
This legislation administered by the Therapeutic Good Administration (TGA) establishes a national system for controlling the quality, safety, efficacy and availability of therapeutic goods including herbal medicine.
Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 sets the framework for regulating therapeutic goods, including herbal medicines, which are classified as complementary medicines.
The TGA employs a risk-based approach with herbal medicines typically listed as lower-risk products. The Wellness Company only uses TGA manufacturer approved herbal medicine manufacturer, The Herbal Extract company, Australian-owned and based in New South Wales.
